About Chef Jordan Rogers
Having studied under Chef Palo Amadori in Italy after graduating from New
York's French Culinary Institute, Chef Jordan embraced the Italian culture and
immersed himself in the basics of fine Italian cuisine. With a loyalty to his
mentor and a love of the food, Fort Worth native Chef Jordan returned to the
states determined to stay the course and not fall into the temptation to
"Americanize" his menus.
