Executive Chef Jordan Rogers

Fedora Restaurant & Lounge welcomes Chef Jordan Rogers, adding mouth-watering, bona fide Italian flavors to the sexy, 1940s feel of the Arts Districts’ most authentic and delectable piece of Northern Italy.

Having studied at Alma Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana under Chef Palo Amadori in Italy while attending New York’s French Culinary Institute, Chef Jordan embraced the Italian culture and immersed himself in the basics of fine Italian cuisine. With a loyalty to his mentors and a love of the food, Fort Worth native Chef Jordan returned to the states determined to stay the course and not fall into the temptation to “Americanize” his menus.

Talent in fine Italian dining demands a swanky, romantic setting – like that of Fedora Northern Italian Dining, designed by Tyler Duncan of the Duncan Design Group. Reminiscent of a scene from The Godfather or an Al Pacino mobster movie, large plush red couches, black, white and cream interiors and dramatic chandeliers give the restaurant a 1940s feel. Flat screen televisions play classic Hollywood flicks as the sensational smells of Chef Jordan’s creations waft from the kitchen.

Bring a date for a romantic night with classics like lasagna, or step it up with hand-rolled Italian pasta dishes like Pici Alla Bolognese, Osso Bucco, or Zappa di Fagioli Cannellini. Pair it with Fedora’s Caprese Salad and a glass of fine wine, saving room of course for crème brulee or bananas foster. Enjoy a business lunch over a specialty pizza like the Margherita or Carne pizzas or a dish of Pappardelle or Orecchiette pasta.

Let Chef Jordan treat you to a delectable dining experience based on years of classical training and a talent for fine cuisine. Buon Appetito!
